Menstrual irregularities and premenstrual syndrome (PMS) have become all too common in today’s world. Common symptoms associated with menstrual issues include mood disturbances, cramping and pain, breast tenderness, insomnia, memory changes, and hot flashes.

Ojas Chastetree+ is a powerful blend of chasteberry, vitamin B6, and the herb Ginkgo biloba that is intended to support management of premenstrual symptoms and menstrual cycle irregularities such as elevated prolactin levels, shortened luteal phase, and low progesterone levels.

Ingredient Highlights

Chasteberry

  • May help manage irregular menstrual cycles
  • May help reduce PMS symptoms such as negative affect, water retention, food cravings, and pain
  • May help reduce menopause-related cognitive decline
  • Benefits are maximized by long-term use (at least 3 months)

Ginkgo biloba

  • May reduce PMS symptom severity
  • May reduce breast tenderness due to its anti-inflammatory effects

Vitamin B6

  • Some research has indicated that Vitamin B6 may be as effective as bromocriptine for managing PMS (especially when combined with magnesium)
  • Benefits are maximized by long-term use (at least 3 months)
